Walter Meyer Vergara

Walter Meyer was born on December 7, 1940 in the city of Talcahuano, Chile and currently lives in the capital Santiago.

Since his childhood, he developed a liking for research. After some years, he became head of the Department of Methods in a house appliance, transformer, and electric meter factory. He afterwards became independent forming a small metal mechanic industry for telephony, which has grown and is maintained until today.

At present, he is married and has 3 children. He harmoniously combines his industrial job with his theoretical studies, writing his first book "The Inequality of the Curve and the Straight Line," in which he outlines his theorems and axioms that have been a significant contribution to Modern Mathematics.
